Our Social Compliance Policy sets forth the standards we have established together with all our business partners, based on our core principles and values, and implemented through teamwork. Our objective is to ensure that the Social Compliance Policy becomes an integral part of our corporate culture. Accordingly, social compliance standards have been established and implemented.
In addition to creating quality products and services, this policy is our commitment to ensuring that all employees receive their rights in accordance with applicable laws and the established standards, comply with occupational health and safety regulations, demonstrate environmental responsibility, and work in an environment where open and honest communication, mutual respect, and appreciation are fostered among employees.
The Social Compliance Policy is communicated to all employees through training programs and various communication channels (such as notice boards, the company website, email groups, etc.). Our suppliers are also informed of the policy and are evaluated based on these criteria.
Within the scope of this policy, no sanctions or punitive actions shall be taken against employees who express their concerns, worries, or complaints. Suggestion, request, and complaint boxes have been established to enable employees to communicate their views freely. Employees may openly submit their opinions, requests, complaints, and suggestions through these channels. These submissions are reviewed by Senior Management, and the necessary corrective and improvement actions are implemented for areas identified as requiring improvement.
